Symptom: I downloaded and saved the install and want to install to multiple computers that are not always connected to the internet. Then during the install, I get the error "An error occurred while downloading the file http:// www. Installengine. com/ Msiengine20/ instmsia.exe or instmsiw.exe. What would you like to do?"

Basically, if your version of windows needs the Microsoft Installer, the AdsGone (or A1Monitor or our other products) installer will attempt to download it. To prevent this, you can download the MSI installer and install it first before attempting to install our software.

Download and save the Microsoft MSI Installer. Then double-click and run the installer. When complete, try to install AdsGone again.

• Windows 95/98/ME: Download InstMSIa.exe
• Windows NT4.x SP6/2000/ XP: Download InstMSIw.exe
