1) Uninstall AdsGone from the control panel add/remove programs.
2) use windows explorer (not Internet Explorer) to go to c:\windows\system32 (your system directory)
3) find the tabctl32.ocx file. 
4) Rename it to tabctl32OLD.ocx
5) If you can't rename it because it's in use, close all programs you can.  This includes those in your system tray near your clock.  Right click on the icons and choose to exit those programs.
6) After renaming, install AdsGone from http://www.AdsGone.com/files/AdsGone.exe , which is a full ~2.5MB install file. 

This will allow AdsGone to replace the tabctl32.ocx with the correct version.
