Code 5 Error:

This occurs when the AdsGone.exe file is in use. 

1) right click on the AdsGone icon near the clock and choose Exit and stop blocking ads.

If you've done this, and the code5 error still occurs, this is because another user logged into your computer is holding the file open. 
1) choose start - logoff.   Choose switch user
2) Switch to any user logged on and choose start-logoff to log off those user accounts.
