- Spyware Blocking: We have added a comprehensive and complete spyware and adware blocking component to AdsGone. AdsGone is now a Spyware, AdWare blocker first, with all the popup and ad blocking capabilities it had before.
- New Look: We have given AdsGone a face lift to bring it into 2007 with style. The user interface layout is easier to understand.
- Automatic Updates: Like always, AdsGone automatically downloads automatic updates, but it also downloads spyware definitions and lets you schedule when you want to have AdsGone check for Spyware.

- United Kingdom Users: There were some date errors related to the new year. Please download the latest version so your 1 year subscription is calculated correctly instead of saying it's expired.
- IE WhiteList Bug Fix: When you click the white list button, the last blocked popup URL is now prefilled so it's easy to whitelist a site.
- Block by Ad Server progress bar: Normally, it takes a few seconds to fill in the ad server list when you click the allow or block by ad server button. Now, the dialog opens faster, and a progress bar is shown.

- Kazaa Users: Kazaa detects ad blockers. To use AdsGone with Kazaa, uncheck 'block banner ads'. This version of AdsGone detects this for new and existing users.
- Stats: Mini stats now has breakdown for banners, popups, and spyware instead of just totals.
- Block by Title: Won't allow users to add things to the block title list that would cause AdsGone to block itself, or block every Internet Explorer Window (bug fix).

- Spyware and AdWare Detection: AdsGone now automatically downloads and checks the ever changing list of known spyware/adware programs that secretly install on your computer. AdsGone will detect and ask you whether you want AdsGone to close those programs (which are sometimes very hard to find and uninstall). These programs deliver ads and popups to your desktop.
- Small bug fixes: The usual small bug fixes that go into every new release.

- Better blocking by title: AdsGone now blocks popup windows by title much faster. It used to take 1/2 second for each popup to close by title. Normally this was not a problem until people started getting 'Messenger Service' popups which would pile up. The user would come back to their computer and 20 of those would be sitting there at which time AdsGone would start closing them.With this version, all will be closed within a second.
